Mockup License & Usage Rights

This Mockup License & Usage Rights agreement (“Mockup License”) explains how mockups supplied through Creative Seller Studio may be used.

Creative Seller Studio is operated by Resisdentz LLC (“Creative Seller Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

This license applies to mockups provided by Creative Seller Studio through:

Basic subscription access
All Access subscription access
Premium mockup access
Mockup packs purchased through the Creative Seller Studio Mockup Store
Other Creative Seller Studio-supplied mockup collections unless different license terms are expressly provided

This license does not apply to photographs or mockup images that you personally upload to Creative Seller Studio as your own custom mockups. You remain responsible for having the necessary rights to use those images.

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Mockup License, our Terms of Service, and any applicable subscription or purchase requirements, Creative Seller Studio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use eligible Creative Seller Studio mockups to create finished product-display and marketing images featuring your own artwork, designs, products, or other content you are legally permitted to use.

This license does not transfer ownership of the underlying mockup image, template, photograph, composition, or other Creative Seller Studio asset to you.

2. Permitted Commercial Use

You may use finished images created with properly licensed Creative Seller Studio mockups for commercial purposes related to displaying, promoting, advertising, or selling your own products or creative work.

Permitted uses include finished mockup images used on:

Etsy
Independent online stores
Online marketplaces
Product listings
Business websites
Social media
Pinterest
Digital advertisements
Email marketing
Online portfolios
Promotional graphics
Printed marketing materials
Other reasonable promotional uses for your own products or business

You may sell the product or artwork being displayed in the mockup.

You may not sell the underlying Creative Seller Studio mockup itself.

3. Finished Composite Images

A “finished composite image” means an exported product image in which your artwork, design, product, branding, or other permitted content has been placed into or combined with a Creative Seller Studio mockup.

Finished composite images may be used commercially as described in this license.

The fact that a finished composite image may be used commercially does not give you ownership of or redistribution rights to the underlying Creative Seller Studio mockup.

4. Subscription Mockups

Mockups provided as part of a Creative Seller Studio subscription are licensed for use while you have valid access to the applicable subscription features.

Your ability to create new mockup images using subscription-only assets may end when:

Your subscription expires
Your subscription is canceled and the applicable paid access period ends
Your account changes to a tier that does not include the applicable mockup
Access is suspended or terminated under our Terms of Service

However, finished composite images that you properly created and exported while you had valid access may continue to be used for your existing product listings, marketing, social media, and other permitted commercial uses after your subscription ends.

You do not need to remove properly created finished listing images merely because you later cancel your Creative Seller Studio subscription.

This continuing right applies only to finished composite images created during valid access and does not grant continuing access to subscription-only mockup source assets after the applicable subscription ends.

5. Premium Mockups

Certain mockups may only be available through an eligible premium subscription tier such as All Access.

Premium status affects access to the mockup within Creative Seller Studio but does not change the general permitted commercial uses of finished composite images created while you had valid access.

Premium mockup source assets may not be extracted, redistributed, shared, resold, or otherwise used outside the rights expressly granted by this Mockup License.

6. Purchased Mockup Packs

Mockup packs purchased through the Creative Seller Studio Mockup Store are one-time digital purchases that provide the purchasing account with licensed access to the applicable mockups.

Subject to this Mockup License and our Terms of Service, purchased mockup packs may be used to create finished composite images for your own commercial products and marketing.

Purchased mockup-pack access is associated with the purchasing Creative Seller Studio account and may not be transferred, shared, sublicensed, or resold to another person or account.

A purchase does not transfer copyright or ownership of the underlying mockup images.

7. Finished Images Created From Purchased Packs

Finished composite images created from properly purchased mockup packs may continue to be used for permitted commercial purposes.

This includes continuing to display previously created product-listing images, promotional images, and marketing materials.

If Creative Seller Studio later changes, removes, or discontinues a mockup pack or related service functionality, this does not require you to remove properly created finished composite images that were made while you had valid licensed access.

8. Prohibited Redistribution

You may not distribute Creative Seller Studio mockups as standalone assets.

You may not:

Resell a Creative Seller Studio mockup
Redistribute the original mockup image
Share mockup source files with another person
Give purchased mockups to another Creative Seller Studio user
Upload Creative Seller Studio mockups to file-sharing services for others to obtain
Include Creative Seller Studio source mockups in downloadable template collections
Sell or distribute Creative Seller Studio mockups as stock photography
Sell or distribute Creative Seller Studio mockups as editable mockup templates
Package Creative Seller Studio mockups into another mockup library
Sublicense Creative Seller Studio mockups to another business or customer
Make Creative Seller Studio mockup assets available through another software platform, template service, or asset library

This restriction applies whether the mockup source asset is obtained directly, technically accessible through the service, extracted from the application, or otherwise obtained.

9. Competing Products and Services

You may not use Creative Seller Studio mockup source assets to build, populate, train, market, or operate a competing mockup library, mockup marketplace, template library, design-asset subscription, or similar product whose primary value is redistribution or access to the underlying mockup assets.

This restriction does not prevent you from using finished composite images to market and sell your own artwork, products, or creative business.

10. Client Work

You may use finished composite images created with Creative Seller Studio mockups when providing design, marketing, or product-preparation services to a client, provided that:

The finished image is being used to display or promote the client’s product or artwork
You do not give the client the underlying Creative Seller Studio mockup source asset
You do not transfer or sublicense your Creative Seller Studio mockup access to the client

A client who wants independent access to the underlying mockup must obtain their own applicable Creative Seller Studio access or license.

11. User-Uploaded Custom Mockups

Creative Seller Studio allows users to upload their own images and configure them as reusable custom mockups.

Creative Seller Studio does not claim ownership of your original custom mockup image merely because you upload or configure it through the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have sufficient rights to use any photograph, stock image, product photograph, background, scene, trademark, or other content that you upload as a custom mockup.

Creative Seller Studio’s tools do not grant additional rights to third-party material.

12. Artwork Shown in Mockups

You are responsible for the artwork, designs, photographs, trademarks, logos, text, products, and other content that you place into mockups.

You may not use Creative Seller Studio mockups to facilitate infringement or unlawful use of another person’s intellectual property.

Creative Seller Studio does not independently verify ownership of every design placed into a mockup.

13. Modification of Finished Images

You may crop, resize, add text to, add branding to, watermark, combine, or otherwise modify finished composite images for your product-listing or marketing purposes.

You may not use modifications as a way to disguise redistribution of the underlying mockup source asset.

For example, adding a small logo or minor design element to a Creative Seller Studio mockup does not convert the underlying mockup into an asset you are permitted to resell or redistribute.

14. No Ownership Transfer

Creative Seller Studio mockups, photographs, compositions, templates, graphics, and associated original materials remain owned by Resisdentz LLC or the applicable rights holder.

Purchasing a subscription or mockup pack provides usage rights only.

It does not constitute a sale or assignment of copyright in the underlying mockup imagery.

15. Account Sharing

Mockup access is provided to the Creative Seller Studio account associated with the applicable subscription or purchase.

You may not share account access primarily for the purpose of allowing other persons or businesses to use subscription-only or purchased mockups without obtaining appropriate access.

16. Refunds and Revoked Purchases

Mockup Store refund and cancellation terms are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

If a mockup-pack transaction is:

Refunded
Reversed
Charged back
Determined to be fraudulent

Creative Seller Studio may remove future access to the applicable purchased mockup pack.

Properly created finished composite images made before a legitimate refund or reversal will be handled according to applicable law and the circumstances of the transaction.

17. Service and Asset Changes

Creative Seller Studio may add, update, replace, or discontinue mockups and mockup collections over time.

Subscription access to a particular mockup is not guaranteed indefinitely.

Where a mockup is discontinued, properly created finished composite images previously generated under a valid license may continue to be used as permitted by this Mockup License.

18. Copyright and Intellectual Property

Creative Seller Studio’s original mockup images and related materials are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual-property laws.

Unauthorized copying, extraction, redistribution, resale, sublicensing, or distribution of Creative Seller Studio mockup assets may result in:

Removal of access
Account suspension or termination
Revocation of applicable licenses
Other remedies available under applicable law

19. Relationship to Other Creative Seller Studio Policies

This Mockup License should be read together with:

If separate written license terms are expressly provided with a particular future product or mockup collection, those specific terms may control for that product.

20. Changes to This License

We may update this Mockup License as Creative Seller Studio’s products and services develop.

Changes do not retroactively remove permitted rights to finished composite images that were properly created under a valid license before the change, except where required by law or necessary to address infringement, fraud, or other unlawful conduct.

The “Last Updated” date identifies the most recent revision.
