Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Creative Seller Studio, including our website, Studio tools, file-management features, mockup tools, AI-powered features, Mockup Store, subscription services, and related services.

Creative Seller Studio is operated by Resisdentz LLC (“Creative Seller Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription or mockup pack, accessing Creative Seller Studio, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Creative Seller Studio.

1. Creative Seller Studio

Creative Seller Studio provides tools intended to help artists, designers, online sellers, and other creative businesses prepare artwork and product assets for sale.

Features may include:

Artwork uploading and file management
Batch artwork resizing
Reusable file-size presets
Product mockup creation
Ready-to-use mockups
User-created custom mockups
Mockup placement and perspective tools
Foreground masking
Watermark and overlay tools
AI-powered listing generation
AI-assisted mockup detection
Mockup slideshow creation
Bulk exporting
Mockup-pack purchases
Other creative seller tools

Features may change, improve, be added, or be discontinued as Creative Seller Studio develops.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use paid Creative Seller Studio services.

You are responsible for:

Providing accurate account information
Maintaining access to the email associated with your account
Protecting your login credentials
Maintaining the security of devices used to access Creative Seller Studio
Activity conducted through your account

You may not allow unauthorized persons to access your account or use Creative Seller Studio in violation of these Terms.

3. Subscriptions

Creative Seller Studio currently offers subscription plans that may include Basic and All Access tiers with monthly and annual billing options.

Specific pricing, features, limits, and benefits are displayed on the Pricing page at the time of purchase.

Subscription features may differ by plan.

Examples may include differences in:

Premium mockup access
Custom mockup upload limits
Watermark tools
Overlay tools
Slideshow functionality
AI usage
Export limits
Other premium functionality

We may modify the features included with future subscription purchases or renewals, subject to applicable law and any required notice.

4. Automatic Renewal

Paid subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the applicable renewal date.

Monthly subscriptions generally renew monthly.

Annual subscriptions generally renew annually.

By purchasing a recurring subscription, you authorize Stripe and Creative Seller Studio to charge the applicable subscription price and any applicable taxes to your selected payment method at each renewal until the subscription is canceled.

Your renewal date and billing information may be available through your subscription-management tools or Stripe’s hosted billing portal.

5. Free Trials

Creative Seller Studio may offer promotional or free-trial periods, including a trial for eligible All Access subscriptions.

Unless canceled before the end of the trial, a trial may automatically convert to a paid subscription and the applicable subscription charge may be processed.

Trial availability, duration, eligibility, and terms may change.

Users are responsible for canceling a trial before the applicable conversion date if they do not wish to continue with a paid subscription.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel an eligible recurring subscription through the available Manage Subscription functionality or Stripe-hosted customer portal.

Unless otherwise stated during cancellation, canceling a subscription normally prevents future renewal charges while allowing access through the remainder of the already-paid billing period.

Cancellation does not automatically create a refund for charges already processed.

Additional cancellation and refund terms are governed by the Creative Seller Studio Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Pricing and Changes

Subscription and product prices are displayed before checkout.

We may change pricing for future purchases or future renewal periods.

Where required by applicable law, we will provide appropriate notice before changes affect an existing recurring subscription.

Price changes do not retroactively alter completed one-time purchases.

8. Payment Processing

Payments are processed through Stripe.

Creative Seller Studio does not directly store complete payment-card numbers or card security codes.

You agree to provide accurate payment and billing information and authorize the applicable charges associated with your purchases.

If payment cannot be completed, access to paid features may be limited, suspended, or terminated.

9. Mockup Store Purchases

Creative Seller Studio may offer curated mockup packs and other digital products as one-time purchases through the Mockup Store.

Purchased mockup packs may be added to your Creative Seller Studio account for use within the service.

Mockup-pack purchases are separate from subscription fees unless expressly stated otherwise.

Ownership of a mockup pack purchase does not transfer ownership of Creative Seller Studio’s underlying intellectual property.

Use of purchased mockups is subject to the Creative Seller Studio Mockup License & Usage Rights.

10. Your Content and Ownership

You retain ownership of artwork, designs, photographs, mockups, text, and other original content that you upload to Creative Seller Studio.

Creative Seller Studio does not claim ownership of your original uploaded content merely because you use the service.

You grant Resisdentz LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, process, transform, display, and transmit your uploaded content solely as reasonably necessary to provide, operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Creative Seller Studio services you request.

For example, this limited permission allows Creative Seller Studio to:

Store artwork
Resize images
Create mockup composites
Generate previews
Generate exports
Send content to AI processing services when you use AI features
Display your files back to you inside your account

This license ends when the content is no longer reasonably needed to provide the service, subject to applicable legal, backup, security, technical, and retention requirements.

11. Your Responsibility for Uploaded Content

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to upload and use content submitted to Creative Seller Studio.

You may not upload or process content that:

Infringes another person’s copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights
You do not have permission to use
Is unlawful
Contains malicious software or harmful code
Is intended to interfere with the service
Violates applicable law

Creative Seller Studio does not independently verify ownership of every file uploaded by users.

We may remove content or restrict accounts when we reasonably believe content violates these Terms or applicable law.

12. Custom Mockups

Creative Seller Studio may allow users to upload their own photographs or mockup images and configure them as reusable mockup templates.

You are responsible for having sufficient rights to use any image uploaded as a custom mockup.

Creating a mockup template through Creative Seller Studio does not grant you rights to third-party photographs, stock images, product photography, trademarks, or other material that you did not otherwise have permission to use.

13. Creative Seller Studio Mockups

Mockups supplied by Creative Seller Studio, including subscription mockups, premium mockups, and purchased mockup packs, remain the intellectual property of Resisdentz LLC or the applicable rights holder.

Users receive only the usage rights expressly provided under their subscription, purchase, and the Creative Seller Studio Mockup License & Usage Rights.

You may not redistribute, resell, share, sublicense, extract, or commercially distribute Creative Seller Studio mockup source files except where expressly permitted.

14. AI-Powered Features

Creative Seller Studio provides features that use artificial intelligence.

AI functionality may include:

Filename generation
Product-title generation
Product-description generation
Tag generation
Complete listing generation
Mockup placement Auto-Detect
Other AI-assisted tools

AI-generated results may contain errors, omissions, inaccuracies, unexpected language, or information that is not appropriate for your specific marketplace or product.

You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated output before publishing or relying on it.

Creative Seller Studio does not guarantee that AI-generated:

Titles comply with marketplace requirements
Descriptions are factually complete
Tags produce search rankings
Listings generate sales
Content is free from errors
Auto-Detect placement is always accurate

AI tools are intended to assist users, not replace the user’s judgment.

15. AI Usage Limits

Creative Seller Studio may apply reasonable limits to AI-powered functionality.

Limits may be based on factors such as:

Subscription plan
Number of generations
AI usage allowance
Rate limits
Batch size
Abuse-prevention controls
Technical capacity

Creative Seller Studio may introduce or modify AI usage allowances or optional additional AI usage purchases in the future.

Any applicable allowance, limit, or additional charge will be disclosed through the service or Pricing page before it applies to a purchase.

This provision does not itself create a customer charge that is not otherwise disclosed.

16. AI Processing

When you intentionally use an AI-powered feature, information necessary to perform that request may be transmitted to Base44 and third-party AI service providers.

Depending on the feature, this may include:

Artwork images
Mockup images
Listing instructions
Product-related text
AI listing-profile rules

17. File Storage

Creative Seller Studio provides file-management and storage-related functionality as part of the service.

Creative Seller Studio is not intended to serve as your sole archival or backup system.

You are responsible for maintaining independent copies of important original artwork, source files, listings, mockup images, and other business assets.

We do not guarantee that stored files will remain available indefinitely.

Users should download and maintain backups of material they cannot afford to lose.

18. Exported Files

You are responsible for reviewing exported files before manufacturing, printing, publishing, distributing, or selling products.

Creative Seller Studio does not guarantee that:

Every output dimension will be appropriate for every printer
Every marketplace will accept every generated file
Every image will meet a third-party print provider’s requirements
Cropping or resizing will be appropriate for every design
Colors will reproduce identically across devices and printers

Users remain responsible for checking final production files and marketplace requirements.

19. Third-Party Marketplaces and Services

Creative Seller Studio may be used to prepare content for services such as Etsy, independent online stores, print-on-demand platforms, social-media platforms, and other marketplaces.

Creative Seller Studio is not affiliated with or endorsed by those third parties unless expressly stated.

Third-party services maintain their own:

Rules
Fees
Policies
Listing requirements
Search algorithms
Intellectual-property policies
Technical specifications

You are responsible for complying with the requirements of the marketplace or service where you sell or publish your products.

20. No Guarantee of Sales or Search Performance

Creative Seller Studio provides tools intended to make product preparation more efficient.

We do not guarantee:

Sales
Revenue
Marketplace ranking
Search-engine ranking
Etsy ranking
Advertising results
Customer conversions
Business profitability
AI recommendations
Inclusion in search-engine or AI-generated results

Results depend on many factors outside Creative Seller Studio’s control.

21. Acceptable Use

You may not use Creative Seller Studio to:

Attempt unauthorized access to the service
Circumvent subscription restrictions
Circumvent AI usage limits
Abuse automated or batch functionality
Intentionally overload or disrupt the service
Reverse engineer restricted service functionality where prohibited by law
Scrape protected service content
Redistribute subscription-only assets without permission
Access another user’s account or content without authorization
Use the service for unlawful purposes
Introduce viruses, malware, or harmful code

We may restrict or suspend access where necessary to protect Creative Seller Studio or other users.

22. Intellectual Property

Creative Seller Studio and its associated software, branding, interface, original mockup imagery, website content, graphics, documentation, templates, and other original materials are owned by Resisdentz LLC or applicable licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Except for rights expressly granted through these Terms, a subscription, purchase, or separate license, no ownership rights are transferred to users.

23. Feedback and Suggestions

If you voluntarily submit product ideas, feature suggestions, comments, or other feedback, you authorize Creative Seller Studio to consider and use that feedback without an obligation to compensate you.

This does not transfer ownership of artwork or other creative work submitted for support purposes.

24. Service Availability

We work to provide reliable service, but Creative Seller Studio may occasionally be unavailable due to:

Maintenance
Platform outages
Base44 interruptions
Stripe interruptions
AI-provider outages
Internet failures
Software updates
Security issues
Events outside our reasonable control

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

25. Changes to the Service

Creative Seller Studio may evolve over time.

We may:

Add features
Modify features
Replace service providers
Modify AI models
Change reasonable technical limits
Discontinue functionality
Update subscription offerings

Where changes materially affect paid services, we will provide notice when required by applicable law.

26. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access when we reasonably believe that a user:

Violated these Terms
Failed to pay applicable charges
Engaged in fraudulent behavior
Abused system resources
Attempted unauthorized access
Violated intellectual-property rights
Created security or legal risk for the service

Where appropriate, we may provide notice or an opportunity to correct the issue.

Users may stop using Creative Seller Studio at any time and may request account deletion through the available Privacy & Data Request process.

27. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Creative Seller Studio is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not make warranties that the service will:

Always be uninterrupted
Always be error-free
Meet every user’s specific business requirements
Produce perfect AI output
Produce perfect mockup placement
Guarantee marketplace acceptance
Guarantee sales or revenue

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

28. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Resisdentz LLC and Creative Seller Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to use of the service.

This may include losses relating to:

Lost profits
Lost sales
Lost business opportunities
Lost data
Marketplace actions
Printing or manufacturing errors
AI-generated content
User-uploaded content
Third-party services

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid to Creative Seller Studio during the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some limitations may not apply to you.

29. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Resisdentz LLC and Creative Seller Studio from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable costs arising from:

Content you upload
Your infringement of third-party rights
Your unlawful use of Creative Seller Studio
Your violation of these Terms

This section does not apply where prohibited by applicable consumer-protection law.

30. Privacy

Use of Creative Seller Studio is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

31. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as Creative Seller Studio evolves.

If changes are material, we may provide additional notice where appropriate or required.

The “Last Updated” date will identify the most recent revision.

Continued use of Creative Seller Studio after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by applicable law.
